2019年上半年,广州项目销售金额表现出色的为广州亚运城,南沙滨海花园和科慧花园,三个项目包揽了销售金额榜前三的位置,分别成交了67.71亿,52.37亿和43.27亿元。这三个项目均有一个特点体量大。

广州亚运城一直算是广州楼市一个瞩目的焦点,总建筑面积超500万,优质学位,地铁,优质医疗资源,广州亚运城都不缺,因此该项目屡次开盘屡次热销,十分受购房者的青睐。

南沙滨海花园包括多个组团,目前在售组团包括越秀天铖,越秀东坡,越秀滨海新城,越秀滨海御城等。其中最为热销的组团为越秀滨海新城,该项目位于南沙蕉门河中心板块,整体规模超百万方,总户数达7000户,至开盘以来一直是南沙的热门楼盘之一。
